Sega to show Sonic and others at Leipzig next week.

The Leipzig Game Convention starts next week, and we are slowly learning what to expect from developers. Today Sega announced what games they have playable (really only 360 ones, the PS3, and Wii will be behind closed doors.). They also announced that they have changed the name of the Wii version of Sonic. What was once “Sonic Wild Fire”, has turned in to “Sonic and the Secret Rings”.

  • Charlotte’s Web (PC, GBA, Nintendo DS)
  • Full Auto 2: Battlelines (PS3)
  • Medieval II: Total War (PC)
  • Phantasy Star Universe (PS2, PC, Xbox 360)
  • SEGA Rally (Xbox 360, PS3, PC)
  • Sonic The Hedgehog (Xbox 360, PS3)
  • Sonic and the Secret Rings (Nintendo Wii)
  • Sonic Rivals (PSP)
  • Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz (Nintendo Wii)
  • Virtua Tennis 3 (Xbox 360, PS3)
  • Yakuza (PS2)

Don’t forget that Nintendo has a speech titled “Wii Prove our Promise”, and it is also believed that we should expect 5 new Wii titles to be announced during the show.

I’ll keep you posted.
